Miss April began her teaching career in 2003 and continues to find joy and purpose in her long-standing commitment to the field. After graduating from WWU with a combined focus in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology, she designed and maintains a curriculum that evolves with new information and research, emphasizing friendship building, self-confidence, and kindergarten readiness. She has a family of five, enjoys games and puzzles, and most of all loves spending time with her family.
